Based on the quality of his work and participation in a class at GA State, Micah Davis was encouraged by his professor to submit a paper to an upcoming, peer-reviewed college conference. His paper was accepted! He is part of a panel discussion with a graduate teaching assistant, a PhD student from the University of Virginia, and an international researcher from Tokyo, Japan. Micah's paper, A Soldier's Second Battle, is part of the panel discussion on Medicine in World Wars I and II at the upcoming Southern Association for the History of Medicine & Science on March 16-18 in Myrtle Beach, SC.
