Hours of Operation
The Media Center is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:20 p.m., Monday through Friday.

General Information
The Library Media Center has a collection of approximately 1,000 print and non-print resources. The collection includes fiction, non-fiction and reference materials. Among the services and resources provided are an automated catalog and circulation system (DESTINY), electronic periodical indexes and encyclopedias, and Internet access.

Technology
There are 2 computers available for students to use for educational purposes with online public access catalog and internet. Word processing, Powerpoint, and other programs are available on all of the computers. Students are permitted to use the Internet if they and their parents have signed the Student Code of Conduct.

For Teachers and Staff
The daily media schedule is flexible in order to make resources available to individuals and groups of students at the point and time of need. Teachers are encouraged to schedule class visits to the media center, and collaborate with the media specialist to plan resource-based learning activities.

Circulation Policy
Books are checked out for two weeks and may be renewed unless the books have been requested by someone else. Reference books and reserve books may be checked out for overnight usage. They must be returned before 8:00 a.m. the following morning.  Students are responsible for lost or damaged books, and are expected to clear their media center records before the end of each semester.  Students who fail to pay for lost or damaged media center materials shall lose the privilege of checking out materials. Students, however,  may continue to use the learning resources within the confines of the media center.
